AI Innovation Day (incl. inaugural lectures)
Anmeldung bis 12.10.2025, 23:59
A digital transformation that is geared toward securing democracy, social justice, and sustainable development requires innovative, research-based solutions. In this context, the AI Innovation Day is dedicated to the IDea_Lab, which aims to serve as a hub for the expansion of interdisciplinary research through the development and application of modern AI-based methods at the University of Graz. In addition to the inaugural lectures by IDea_Lab professors, the AI Innovation Day also provides an opportunity for exchange with faculties and partner universities, as well as the presentation of successful research projects that use or could benefit from modern AI-based methods.
Participate with a presentation or poster!
Do you want to present a research project in which you successfully leveraged modern digital methods like machine learning or big data analysis? Or an ongoing project or project idea that has the potential to greatly profit from such methods? The AI Innovation Day has room for contributed talks and posters.
If you are interested, please send an email until September 19 with the following information to martin.holler(at)uni-graz.at
- Presentation title
- Short abstract of the content/motivation for the presentation (for internal use, will not be published)
- Note whether a poster or a presentation is preferred
Presentations and posters will be assigned after the registration deadline (September 19) based on the content description. If there is a large number of submissions, it may not be possible to consider all proposals. In this case, presentations/posters will be assigned with the aim of ensuring the broadest possible range of content for the event.
